Transclick Holidays acts solely as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tour operators, and consolidators. We do not own, operate, control, or manage any of the travel services offered.
• Transclick Holidays is not liable for the failure of any travel supplier to provide services or for any financial loss, injury, delay, damage, accident, or irregularity caused by any supplier.
• In the event a supplier defaults before delivering services, any refund due must be processed directly with the supplier, insurance provider, or any other responsible third party, unless the issue was caused by Transclick Holidays.
• Once tickets are issued, refunds (if allowed) may carry penalties as per airline rules. Ticket prices printed on tickets may differ due to bulk fares, consolidator fares, or commission-based fares.
• Discounts, promotions, and fare variations depend solely on airline and supplier policies, seasonality, availability, and booking conditions.
• Transclick Holidays does not endorse third-party advertisements displayed on the Site.
• Service Component: A single travel product such as a flight, hotel, car rental, or activity.
• Travel Service Provider: Any third-party travel supplier providing one or more service components.
• Booking: Your offer to purchase selected travel services upon clicking “Book” or making payment.
• When you place a Service Component in your cart, we invite you to submit a purchase offer.
• Your booking becomes an offer when you select “Book” on the payment page.
• A confirmation email from Transclick Holidays acknowledges receipt of your offer—it is not a final confirmation.
• Final confirmation is subject to availability checks and full payment receipt.
• The contract is formed only when tickets or reservation numbers are issued by the Travel Provider.
• Prices, availability, travel dates, and services are not guaranteed until ticketing is completed.
• Once a booking is completed, any modification (names, dates, destination) is allowed only at our discretion and subject to supplier rules.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all travel, check-ins, and services.
• Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, or routes without prior notice.
• Infants, children, and all passengers must travel on the same itinerary.
• Frequent flyer miles may or may not be applicable based on airline rules.
• All airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, holiday packages, and service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Travel insurance (if purchased) is refundable within 10 days of purchase, provided no travel has commenced.
• Cancellations must be made via phone only to our customer service team.

• Refunds may take 60–90 days after approval from the supplier.
• All suppliers charge penalties for refunds.
• Transclick Holidays charges a processing fee of USD 100–400 per ticket per person.
• If the supplier denies the refund, Transclick Holidays will refund only its service fee.
Airline tickets are generally non-refundable. Under special circumstances, airlines may allow cancellation for future credit subject to penalties and fare differences.
• We accept major credit and debit cards issued in the USA, Canada, and selected countries.
• Fares are guaranteed only after ticketing, not when payment is submitted.
• If payment fails, you will be notified within 24 hours.
• If the fare changes during processing, you will be informed and may choose to accept or decline.
• Some bookings may require additional verification if marked as “high risk.”
Confirmation for hotels, cars, and activities is subject to supplier approval.
• Full payment is charged at booking.
• Additional charges such as resort fees, energy surcharges, meals, parking, or phone calls may apply at the hotel.
• Rates are guaranteed only at the time of booking.
• Some hotels require a voucher at check-in.
• Transclick Holidays will email the voucher; you must carry a printed or digital copy.
• Payment is collected by the hotel at check-in.
• Some hotels may charge a deposit or entire stay in advance.
• You must reconfirm your booking with the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival.

• Requests like bedding type, smoking preference, or special amenities are not guaranteed.
• Corporate or membership rates require valid ID at check-in.
• Pet policies vary; verify directly with the hotel.
• Shuttle services (if any) must be confirmed with the hotel.
Failure to check-in without prior notice results in penalties or full loss of booking value.
No refunds are provided for unused nights.
• Hotels may take up to 24 hours to issue a confirmation number.

Reservation Not Found
Hotels sometimes receive guest names 72 hours prior to arrival. Your booking remains guaranteed as long as you have received the final confirmation/voucher.
• All changes must be requested through Transclick Holidays customer service.
• Peak-season bookings may carry stricter penalties.
• Reducing nights or changing dates may incur fees.
• No refunds for early departures or no-shows.
• Any refund is subject to hotel and supplier rules.
• You must contact Transclick Holidays for any check-in/out issues.
